Ron is a seasoned professional with 45 years of experience with projects that encompass software development, process improvement, deployment of software solutions, and customer onboarding.
Over the past seventeen years, Ron has led teams within the insurance business process outsourcing (BPO) marketplace with multiple block conversion and product launch projects.
Ron is a past-president of the local chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI) and has been a frequent volunteer coordinator and presenter at the KC Chapter PMI PDD Days. Ron holds both the PMI PMP and PMI-ACP certifications. Additionally, Ron has been trained in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
